The Certified Credit Counselor program consists of the Keys to Success manual. It also includes the Credit Counseling Today supplement, which focuses on exploring options and alternatives when facing debt.

NACCC Certified Financial Health Counselor™

Start the first step in your financial health journey! This NACCC core designation prepares students for a career in financial health counseling.

The Certified Financial Health Counselor program consists of the Keys to Success manual. It also includes the Essential Financial Topics supplement, which focuses on student loans, housing, and retirement.

NACCC Certified Financial Counselor™

Start the first step in your financial counseling journey! This NACCC comprehensive designation prepares students for a career in financial counseling.

The Certified Financial Counselor program consists of the core Keys to Success manual along with supplemental material from both the Certified Credit Counselor Program and the Certified Financial Health Counselor Program. In addition, it also includes all modules from the Student Loan Counselor Certification, the Financial and Career Coach Certification, and the Housing Counselor Certification programs.

Students who fail to complete payments within a year may be blocked from continuing further into the course. Failure to complete payment will result in the student being unable to complete the course, take their final exam, or receive a certification until payments have been completed.

These are not automatic recurring payments. Refunds are not given for incomplete payment plans.
